MATCH WITH HAMPSHIRE FOUR WICKETS FOR 405 London, June 15. In the match Australia v Hampshire, the Australians score at the tea adjournment was:-' Bardsley, 209; Andrews, 31; Macartney, 105; Pellew, 18; Taylor, not out 38; total for 4 wickets, 405. The weather was fine and the attendance large. Scoring was rapid, but the fielding being gooc kept it down. One hundred anc twenty-five was scored in the first hour, at tvhich stage Macartney was nearly run out.
