WHEREAS a dealing has been presented for registration affecting Mortgage No. 18995 from Francis Nathan to Sidney Jacob Nathan and Charles Isaac Nathan of the land comprised in Volume 5, Folio 32, of the Provisional Register Book being Lot 6 of Sub-Section 3 of Section 13 of the City of Auckland, and evidence adduced of the loss of the duplicate of the said mortgage.
