The object of the said Bill is to amend Section 20 of Tbe City of Auckland Loans Consolidation Act, 1879, and Section 9 of The Auckland City Borrowing Act, 1899, by the omission f 10m each of the said sections of all the words of each ofl snob sections after the word ' hereunder,' where such word occurs in snch sections. The above Bill will be introduced Into Parliament by or on behalf of the Mayor, Councillors ana Citizens of the City of Anokland. A Copy of the said Bill has, in accordance with the Standing Orders, been deposited in the Magistrate's Court, Auckland, and is , there open for public Inspection.
