OOROUGH OF GRBY LYNN. Notice Is hereby given that by Special Order, pursuant to the provisions of the Local Bodleß Loans Aot; 1888, the Government Loans to Local Bodies Aot, 1886. and amendments thereto, the Grey - Lynn Borough Council have resolved to raise a Speetal Loan for the purpose of providing a Water Sapplv and Drainage for that part of the Borough of Grey Lynn, known as Biohmond Ward hereinafter described. The sum proposed to be borrowed is £3400. payable In 41 years at the rate of 8| per centum per annum, the Interest for one year is to be paid out of the said loan. The Council propose to apportion the saio loan as follows; To provide a water supply, £2160: for drainage .purposes, £250. Biohmond Ward : Bounded towards the north-east generally by Sussex Ward ; towards the south-east by the south-eastern side of the Old Great North Road to a point in line with tbe south-western boundary line of Allotment No. 14 of bection No. 9, of the Suburbs of Auokland ; thence toward j the south-west generally by a right line to the southernmost corner of the said allotment No. 14 ; thence by Allotments Nos. 17 and 18, of Section No. 9, of the Suburbs of Auckland, to Motion's Creek, and by that Creek to Waitemata Harbour; and thence towards the north generally by the said Waitemata Harbour, Cox's Creek, and the City of Auckland. The said Borough Council propose to pledge as security for the payment of interest, and to provide a sinking fund lor the repayment of the said loan, a Special rate of 4d in tbe £ on the annnal value of all rateable property within the ward described abOm J. The sum proposed to be borrowed is £6000, payable in 41 years at the rate of 3} per centum pir annum; the interest for oae year is not to be paid out of said loan. The Council propose to apportion the said loan as follows : To provide a system of drainage, £4510; to extend the water supply. £1500. Surrey Ward Founded towards the north by the City of Auokland; towards the southeast and south-west by the south eastern and south western sides of the Old Great North! Road, to a point in line with the middle of Williamson Avenue; and thence towards the north west by a line to and along the middle of the said Williamson Avenue Sussex Ward: Bounded towards the north generally by the City of Auckland; towards the south-east by Surrey Ward, hereinbefore described to Allotment No. 20, of bection No. 7, of the fcuburba of Auckland; and thence towards the south-west and north west generally by Allotments Nos. 16 and 3 of Section No. 9, of the bubnrbs of Auokland, and Allotments Nos. 45 and 43, of Beotion No. 8, of the buburbs of Auckland The said Borough Council propose to pledge proyide a sinking mud for the repayment of the said Loan, a Special Rate of 4d In the £ on the annual value of all rateable property within the Wards described above, subject to tbe existing Loans secured thereon.
