ARARIMU SOUTH
At last the excitement of the Royal viait Ib over, and the Rimu is itself again, although we haven't had a dance for weeks — a most unusual occurrence for Ararimu. There seems to be a scarcity of girls tbis winter.. X D haa gone for a Bojourn to the goldfields, it is Baid. .The O M sincerely hopes a mine manager will come thia way, K. Alas, poor Jimmy.. H Ois often heard singing, ' Oh, where is my wandering H. Cheer up. .L Kiß strongly suspected of being in love. - Happy boy, L.. What brought A H to the Rimn laat Sunday ? Surely some attraction besides ohurch; and W D says he likes peaches.. J Mc haa not been out our way so often of late. Why this thus ? Are the roada too bad?.. A Ris a great lady killer of late. There'll come a time, A, when someone else must take the lead..TheOM wonld like to know why M D is bo proud lately, and what ia the attraction at Maketu ? Aren't the Rimn boys constant enough ?. . There is come talk of a bachelors' ball, bnt where are the bachelors ? The O M sincerely hopes there will soon be a danoe of some eort.
