He says, "What's the use of a fellah laying himself up when the crirls can't appreciate good playing. — Wahvera Hotel was, the other day, the scene of a grand strike. The young ladies wished for nn addition to their screw, which Miss G. did not see her way clear to give. Tom said leave it to him, he'd soon settle it ; but, as his method appeared to be the application of broom plasters, Miss G. preferred her own, for which they thank her Daly.
