TWO NEW APPOINTMENTS. MILITABY COMMANDERS. [By Telegraph.—Press Association]. WELLINGTON, Kept. 23. The appointment of Colonel P. 11. Bell, D. 5.0., Officer Commanding the Southern Military District, and Colonel *O. H. Mead, D. 5.0., Officer Commanding the Northern Military District, as honorary aides-de-camp to the Govcr nor-General, Viscount Galway, Avas announced in the Gazette last night.
