FIGURES FOR CANADA. It was announced in the House of Commons (says a message from Ottawa, Canada) that according to a preliminary estimate 4,054,19!) fine ounces of gold were mined in Canada last vear, a sharp increase over the 1i,745,028 ounces produced in IOISO.
Exports of gold bullion "other than monetary" reached a total of :?,030,Q42 ounces, and of gold-bearing quartz 211,350 ounces.
