A charge- of failing to pay his unemployment registration levy was preferred against Lancelot Goodyear, a horaebreaker, who appeared before Mr. F. H. Levieu, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court yesterday. The amount in arrears, inclusive of penalties, was stated to be £ls/12/6.
