CHURCH PARADE.
UNITED SERVICES. ATTENDANCE AT ST. GEORGE'S. The evening service at St. George's Anglican Church yesterday was attended by a parade of United Services, headed by the Sixth Hauraki Regimental Band. Other organisations present were St. John Ambulance, Volunteer Fire Brigade and nurses. Special music was a feature of the service, which was well attended. Two hymns were accompanied by tho band, and an anthem was rendered by the choir. The vicar, the Rev. S. B. B. Corbiu, delivered an address from the text, "Greater love hath no man than this, that he lay down his life for his friends."
