END EXPECTED TO-DAY. HOUSING PROGRAMME. SHORTAGE OF SKILLED MEN. [By Telegraph.—Press Association] WELLINGTON, Juno 18. The caucus of the Government members was continued to-day, and is expected to finish to-night; The morning was devoted almost entirely to discussion of the Government's housing programme.. One of the main points considered was the possibility of a shortage of skilled labour.
