Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Hoult and family 'have returned to Thames after spending the Christmas vacation at Wai-iti, Nelson. Sir Michael Myers, Chief Justice, accompanied by Lady Myers, is to leave New Zealand on April 9 by the Rangitata on a six months’ visit to England. The Rt. Rev. C. A. Cherrington, Bishop of Waikato, will leave Hamilton on Saturday and Wellington on Tuesday on a visit to England. Bishop Cherrington will conduct a preaching four in England with a view to raising funds with which to reduce the long-standing debts of six Waikato parishes, totalling about £SOOO. Mrs. Cherrington will accompany the bishop.
