It is understood that the executors investigating the affairs of a big Blenheim estate which came into their hands in the last feAV days on the death of a well-known business man, Avero surprised to discover sewn up in canvas-covered parcels a very substantial sum in gold, banknotes and silver. The amount is stated to be about £3500. The executors Avere especially surprised, as the estate had substantial bank accounts, and there was no reason to anticipate such a secret re-. serve. . ;
