Air Mail Pilots.
SINGAPORE TO DARWIN. FOUR MEN SELECTED. Pour well-known aviators have been appointed to be captains of the DH.B6 four-engined Diana class air liners to operate between Singapore and Darwin in the Empire air mail service to be inaugurated towards the end of the year. The men chosen are: G. U. {“Scotty”) Allen, P. G. Taylor, Lester. Britin and R. B. Tapp. The fifth to be selected will be an Australian.
