DAIRY PRODUCE.
FIGURES FOR. FOUR MONTHS. INCREASE OF 4.5 PER CENT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Dec. 10. The Dairy Division grading, figures for the four months ended November, 1929, show an increase for butter of 12.14 per cent, at 13,800 tons, and for cheese a decrease of 1.4 per cent, at 11,989 tons, as compared with the corresponding period of the preceding season.
Reduced to terms of butterfat equivalent, the grading of dairy produce for the eleven months shows an increase of 4.53 per cent, over the gradings for the corresponding period of* the preceding season.
