NEGLIGENCE PROVED.
i ' RESULT OF COLLISION. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NAPIER, Dec, 7. Mr. Justice Ostler delivered his reserved judgment in the case in which John William McCoy, a mining engineer, of Auckland, claimed damages -from the Aard Motor Service, Ltd., t injuries received in a collision between •a service car in which the plaintiff was .a passenger; and a private car, near Dannevirke. His Honour held the •cause of the accident was the service car driver’s negligence, and awarded ;£1324 damages against the defendants.
