Thames must have extra business, as is very evident fitom the School. Committee’s report and discussion on the probable closing of two local schools as- separate institutions and making them sideschools. Our employers must consider means of increasing business, or else staffs will be reduced and still more families leave the town. A short time back, two families lived in one house. Unless outside trade helps us considerably, there. will shortly be two houses for each family.—l am etc., “WORKER,”
