NEGLIGENT DRIVING.
COMMITTED FOR „ TRIAL. r(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH. Oct. 22. Walter Robert Mcllraith, aged 19, charged that at Riccarton on August 16, he drove a motor-cycle negligently, causing the death of Frank Reginald .-Hubbard, cyclist, pleaded not guilty -and was committed for trial.
