FREE-MEAL DECOYS.
A BOGUS FATHER’S TRICK. The Swiss police are looking tor a well-dressed man who, judging by the success of his scheme so far, has solved the problem of eating without cost. His latest exploit was at a leading Zurich restaurant, where he ordered a sumptuous meal for himself and sausages for the three little children who were with him. When it was over the man rose, and bidding his charges he ot good behaviour, said he was going outside to buy a cigar. An hour passed without signs of his return. “Your daddy is a long time away,” said the proprietor, kindly. "Oh, he's not our daddy.” replied one of the children; ‘‘we were playing in the gardens when the man asked us if we would like to have a nice dinner, so we came along with him.”
