BANDITS WRECK TRAIN.
A RUSSIAN HORROR (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
LONDON, Sept. 26. Moscow reports that bandits wrecked the Odessa express train by tearing up the rails. Fifteen persons were killed outright and twenty-five fatally and fifty slightly injured.
