Mr Theodore Rooseveldt, AssistantSecretary of the Navy, and son of the former President, has been nominated for Governor of New York by the Republican State Convention. He had a majority over the combined votes of the other three competitors; Colonel William Hayward, Guy Moore, District Attorney, and the Supreme Court Justice, Arthur Tomkins. * THE DEMOCRAT’S NOMINEE.
