TELEPHONE WITH BERLIN.
AN AMAZING DISCOVERY. (A. and N.Z. Cabin.* LONDON, July 25.. The Daily Mail’s Dusseldorf correspondent says that a secret telephone exchange connecting business men with Essen, and also Berlin, has been discovered. The operators have been arrested, and the town is now telephonically isolated.
