ITALIAN SATISFACTION. <A. and N. Z. Cable. i LONDON, July 25. The Daily Telegraph’s Rome eorTespondent says that v diplomatic •circles consider the British proposal is a noteworthy attempt to -find a -satisfactory solution. The Giornale D’ltalia, which is in touch with the Foreign Office, expresses satisfaction that the British proposal represents a near approach to the Italian view, especially the connection between reparations and internal debts.
