It is reported that there has been very plain speaking on both sides. - It now appears impossible to eonelude the conference to-morrow as intended, certain difficulties having arisen compelling its continuance for a week. - r «/ •It is considered unlikely that any decision will be arrived at but a meeting of the Supreme Council will .be summoned in January, either in Paris or at St. Remo, where proposals will be submitted on questions of reparations, and the economic restoration of Europe.
