THE COMMONWEALTH LINE. SERVICE VIA SUEZ. (A. and N. Z. Cable.) (Received 9.10 a.m.) MELBOURNE, August 3. The management of the Commonwealth; steamers is inaugurating a four-weekly service to the United Kingdom via Suez, calling at Colombo, and commencing at the end of the year with the Moreton Bay, a 12,500-ton vessel, which is being built in England. Four others are in course of construction.
