LONDON, December 7. Mr Allison, of the Sportsman, appealed against Justice " Scruttra's order setting aside a writ served on the Independent Press cables for alleged libel appearing in the Sydney Sun on May 30th. The appeal-^was dismissed on the (ground that defendant was outside the jurisdiction cf the Court, and a proper person bad not been served. '
