In committee on the Naval Priae Bill 'Mir Herley Jones moved to omit clause '28.
The Unionist member for Devizes commented on the fact that Hayti and San Domingo were represented in the Internal Court while Australia' and New Zealand were not deemed worthy of representation. The clause was an insult to the Dominions.
