HAYWARD'S PICTURES.
The splendid series spreeiied; at the Central Hall last night was greatly appreciated by the audience,, '.who gave ample testimony of their approbation by loud and prolonged .ipplause. Tine programme comprised,, a variety of subjects including dramatics, oomics, scenics and educational .films, which at one and the same time instructed, amused and interested.. Ihiring the entertainment, which was continued from 8 p.m. till the close of the telegraph office, the >v,»ults of the different election's in the dominion/were thrown on the screen, and greatly added to the general enthusiasm. To-night the main feature will lie the wonderful picture from Victor Hugo's masterpiece "Notre Dame de Paris," entitled "Esmeritlda'.' The orchestra will render appropriate and pleasing music, and a splendid entertainment is guaranteed.
