i CABLE FROM THE BISHOP . ELECT.., (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND. NwembHT 21. Ai'dideaoiwi" Caider informed the Synod he had received the following eaib-'egrami from th© Rev. M. R. Neligan, Bishop 1 .elect of' Auckland: "Entreat my future diocese to constantly pray that the new Bishop may be faithful to. God's call." 1 The cablegram, was received with applause. " ' A vigorous effort is to 1 be made to increase-the endwvment was to guarantee the new Bishop .£IOOO a year.
