FATAL ACCIDENT.
; A four year old w>n of Mr Manson, of Mangere, while "floating a boat in a tank, Mir in and was drowned. The mother, missing the child, saw a hat near the tank and probing at the bottom with a rake discovered the dead body. SUDDEN DEATH. Joseph Paice, of Mount Roskill, 60 years of age, died suddenly on the ferry steamer last night.
