Weslevan Conference.

WELLINGTON, March 5
The Wesleyan Conference stationing committee met this morning to prepare the second draft of stations. After some three hours4iad been spent in preparing the draft it was submitted to the conference, when a number of amendments were proposed involvingseveral changes in stations. These were referred back to the stationing committee for consideration.
The following resolutions of the committee referring to church buildand the loan fund were earned : That it is not desirable to divide the church building and loan fund, or abolish the central committee, by which the same is managed ; that anj change in the location of the committee is unnecessary and undesirable.
The Rev Mr Morley then presented the report and balance sheet of the church building and loan fund, both of which were adopted. It was also resolved that the thanks of the conference be j>resented to the Secretary and Treasurer for their services and that they be re-appointed.
Regarding the rules and regulations of the church building and loan fund the following alterations were made. That superintendents and ministers be instructed to urge on trustees to contribute to the fund in proportion to the number of each congregation.
Rev. W. J.. Williams, of Auckland, and Mr Shepherd Allen, of Thames, were appointed to represent the New Zealand Conference at the British Wesleyan Conference.
