MR. SEDDON'S ARRIVAL. (Per Press Association. —Copyright.) SYDNEY, December 29. Every train and steamer is pouring tin visitors, and special trains from the various intercolonial capitals will land large additional quotas during the next three days. SYDNEY, Decembere3o. Arrived: Mokoia, with Premier Seddon and party, who had a pleasant passage. Before leaving the steamer the company assembled on the upper deck, and Mr. Seddon, on behalf of the passengers, presented Captain Spinks with an address congratulating him on, his seamanship and attentiveness. A number of representative New Zea. landers met and welcomed the party. The Union Company has placed the Mokoia at Mr. Seddon s disposal for a trip round the harbor when he chooses. It is probable. that the New Zealand troops participating in the celebrations will return on Friday week.
