A girl rianifed 1. Ellien Dawson, 18 years of age, :a; servant^in'-tlie employ of Mr Wm.;: Allen/; residing at St. Albans, was found drowned yesterday mqrning, in an open box, attached to a well on the 'premises.! At the inquest the evidence showed that the girl had been troubled because she had got : -into debt;:to the extent of £2 ss, some 3Qs having been incurred for drapery.
