PRESBYTERIAN GENERAL ASSEMBLY.
MELBOURNE, Nov. 23
The Presbyterian General Assembly gave notice of motion in favor of setting aside a day of humiliation and prayer on account of the unnecessary and unrighteous war in the Transvaal. The motion was received with strong dissent.
