GERMAN INTERFERENCE.

Berlin, July 6. The National Zeitung. the local newsnaper, states that though Spain should lose her colonies, America will not be the only gainer. If the Philippine Islands are abandoned to the natives, the Powers will intervene and come to some agreement as to the future of the Islands.
