Train Wreckers.

Hastings, April 19. The Standard reports having received information of deliberate attempt being made a few nights ago to wreck a train between Hastings and Tomoaaa freezings works. Three sleepers were found on the line by butchers proceeding to work at 5 o'clock in the morning. It is thought that the perpetrators had a design upon a special train which was to have passed through at an early hour in the morning. The police are investigating.
