I Hereby give notice that I intend to construct a water-race to divert and use water for mining purposes, commencing at a point indicated by a peg marked mm on tbe Star of New Zealand Mine on a tributary of the Kapakapa Creek, Obui, and terminating at a peg marked "-at the junction of the said branch with the Kapakapa Creek.
