In the case egiiSa v, Hill fot murder the Grand Jury out the BUI, but a true Bill- was found in the charge of concealment of birth* Hfe Honor; however, oh the depositions directed the Jury to return a verdict of not guilty, the evidence of concealment being insufficient. A charge against Gillingham for attempted murder is proceeding^ this afternoon,, the Grand Jury -having found a true bill in the case.
