Licensing Committee Elections.

Dunedin, March 17
The only candidates nominated were nominated by the Liberty League for the Licensing Committee, and are therefore elected. They are as follow : C. R. Chapman, W. Dickson, Horsburgh, S. S. Myers, and Hon. D. Pinkerton. The Secretary of the Liberty League has telegraphed the Premier with reference to statements by the Prohibition deputation, and Mr Isitt's statement. He states that the Liberty League representative visited every polling booth at Dunedin during the first three hours, and both papers were given to all voters from the commencement in each booth.
