Pollard's Opera Company.
This popular combination is still playirg to crowded housesat the Opera House, Auckland, and the present sea son has been by far the most successful they have ever had. This is due to the fact that the young people are steadily improving in their adopted profession, and also to the magnificent manner in which all the new operas are staged. " Boccaccio' was first producod in Wellington at a cost of over eight hundred pounds, and '• Falka " the opera in which they will commence their season here on Saturday next, cost over six hundred, everything used being entirely new.
