MANAGERS' REPORTS.

TEMPLE 13AE.

The manager reports :—While prospecting on No. 9 reef I got some very good prospects of coarse gold on the cap. Therefore I took the men from the lo'v level last week and started to open out on No. 9. This reef is 15 inches thick, and shows a large quantity of minerals of the very best description. The country is all that could be desired. The i eef is running within a few points of east aud west, through the centre of the ground. In about 20 feet of driving this reef will junction with No. 8 reef which is running north and south. One of the holes fired in the mullock in the bottom of the drive tore out some of the. reef >vhich gave a good show of coarse gold in the dish. Ten or twelve feet of quartz havo been stripped, which I will start to take down to-morrow, — WILLUM CONNON.
