Ttfvw Plymot/tii, March 10. The Harbor Board to-day decided not to withdraw tho notice given by the Railway Department to remove the rails on the Board's wharf and breakwater, and a committee was appointed to revise the specifications for the contrac for carrying goods passengers by road from the port to Wew Plymouth.
