KOMATA REEFS. At a meeting of shareholders in the Komata Reefs Extended Syndicate on Saturday it was decided to grant six months option of flotation to Mr Cecil Hartridge. ECLIPSE. The final cash consideration for this property was cabled out to Messrs T. Cottle and R. Kerry by their principals in London a few days since,, and it lias been promptly paid over to the vendors at the Thames. The vendors' shares will be handed over on allotment Important development works will shortly be started. Stone, which assayed as high as £193 8s 3d, was taken from a reef which has lately been discovered near which rich gold was taken out of the Vulcan working on this ground in the old Caledonian days.
