DUEL WITH FISTS.

Sydney, December 7,
As a result of a dispute between two men Patman and Long, near Mudgee, a duel with fists was resorted to,the result of which was the death of Long, whose head was battered and swollen to twice its ordinary size. A verdict of manslaughter has been returned against Patman, Irwin and Player, the seconds, and Bruce, timekeeper* These three latter are being treated as accessories.
