ARRIVAL OF S.S. TAINUI.

Wellington, This day,
The s.s. Tainui, from London via way ports, arrived ia the harbor at 9,30 a.m., but owing to the strong southerly wind great difficulty was experienced in berthing her, two hours' delay taking place in this respect. Duriug the voyage Sprague, the ship's carpenter, died from imflammation of the lungs and was buried at sea. Otherwise the voyage was uneventful.
