Mahaki heads the winnine horses with £1434, North Atlantic £1300, and Prime Warden £1328. Gasket, Impulse, Mannlicher,and Blutfireha»e won over £1000. The list of winning sires is headed by St. Leger, 19 winners, £4559; Nordenfeldt, 22 winners, £4157 ; Maxim, 12 winners, £3973 ; Ingomar, Apremon*, Ascot, and St. George, over £2000. Mr Stead heads the list of winning owners with £3361, then Mr Hobbs £3110, Mr Ormond £2306, Mr Goodwin £1577, Kani Pere £1510, Mr Portland £1363, and Mr Stephenson £1348. The Canterbuiy J.C. put most money through the totalisator, viz., £65,91), Auckland being £350, and the Donedin J.C. £1500 less.
