Xuckland, This day.
Mr Northcroit, S.M., held that section 9of the Shop Hours Ac% requiring lopel authority to fix a day m January next, made the Act inoperative till Janmaiy, 1896, and he therefore dismissed the case against Dadley, charged with neglect to close on Saturday.
