George, Welcome licensed holding of 10 acres, at Pun a Flat. Matilda Plumtner, occupation license of 5p acres, situated between the Mata and Waikawau creeks.

Edith Plnmmer, occupation license of 50 acres, situated between the Mata aod Waikawan creeks.

John H. Hawkes, residence site of 1 a<re, at Tape week. David "Henderson, residence site of 1 c ere, at Waionio.

Thos. Eleman, occupation license o 100 acres at Te Msta. Wm.John Adams occupation liccnte ol 100 acres at O a n;. Mary Hutchinson, residence s'.te of 1 a:re at Collarbone Creek.

OTHER CASES. -Edward Massey Scotf, residence site of 1 acre at Otanui.—His Worship explained to tte applicant that, according to the oalcniations of Mr Cheal, Government Surveyor, the land applied for was included within the Waikiekie Eeservoir Watershed Reserve, and that, therefore, the application could not be granted with* out the consent of the Borough Council. The only course open to the applicant wonld be to obtain the permission of the Gounci', and a letter fi om the Town Clerk staring that there were no objections. He (His Worship) wo»!d not allow any timtxr to be cut on tbe watershed reserve, as that would endanger the wsttr supply of tbe 'township.-—Adjourned to the 27th inst, to obtain the consent of the Borough Council. Eliza! Ann Scotf, residence site of 1 acre at Ofanui. — The circumstances of this application being similar to the /oregoing, .it was dealt ";th in a similar manner.

Benjamin Adams, occupation license of 100 acres, at Otanui.—Objected to by Edward Massey Scott and Eliza Ann Scott, on the ground thnt the applicant had' pegged in the two acres of ground applied for by the objector?.—His Worship pointed out to the applicant that he had included about 30 acres of the Weikiekie Keservoir Water-shed Reserve in pegging ont bis ground, and it was this SO acres which contained tbe land applied for by the objectors. An easy way out of the difficulty would be to cut off that portion of the land belonging to tbe Keiervoir Besesre, and apply for the remaining 70 acres. Tbe present application could not be granted without obtaining the consent of the Borough Council, but if altered in tbe way suggested there would be do objection at all,—Mr Adams having agreed to follow this course, the application was granted subject to a line being drawn on tbe plan eliminating the Borough Water-shed Reserve. I

James C. Jodd, occupation license of 100 acres at Otnnni.—The land applied for included about 10 acres of the Borough Water-shed Reserve, and the application was consequently adjourned 'to tbe 27th irist., to obtain the consent of the Borough Council.
