Filth, Assayer, together with two other thorough practical miners, to be chosen by the Syndicate, to the Coolgardie Goldfield, Western Aaitralia, at a cost of not exceeding £1000, to prospect and take up Claim or Claims on behalf of tht Syndicate. It is proposed to raise the money by selling 100 shares at £10 each, without farther liability. At a general meeting of the Syndicate held on the 3rd inst. it was resolved that all monies be paid in to a trust account at the. Union Bank of Australia. Trustees appointed were Messrs J, J. Craig, Hngh. Campbell, R. Cameron, and W. F. Brookfield. Mr R. C. Greenwood was appointed Secrt• tary, to whom applications for shares may bt made.
