THE EASTERN WAR.
(Pee Press Association.) Shanghai, September 11. Japan, has concluded a treaty with Corea at the latter'a request. Japan . undertakes to expel the Chinese from Corea, and maintain the integrity of the country. The treaty remains in force until the war is concluded.
September 12. In consequence of the ill success of the Chinese arms Li Huug Chung's influence is waning.
